1. Our Commitment to Intellectual Property

CIXIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and customers to do the same. We are committed to operating in compliance with the Copyright Act, 1957, of India, and other relevant laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its rules.

2. Policy Statement

The Company has adopted a general policy to promptly address notices of alleged copyright infringement concerning material residing on, or accessible through, our services (the "Company Services"). We reserve the right to:

1. Block access to or remove material that we believe, in good faith, constitutes copyright infringement.
2. Suspend or terminate services to users/customers who are found to be repeat offenders of this policy.

3. Procedure for Reporting Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and you believe that any content or material residing on or accessible through the Company Services infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to the Company's Grievance Officer containing the following mandatory information as per Indian law:

Required Information for a Valid Notice

The notice must be a physical or electronic communication that substantially includes all the following points:

• Identification: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of Infringed Work: A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of Infringing Material: Sufficient information to reasonably identify the specific material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Company Services (e.g., URL, screenshot, date, and time of access).
• Contact Information: Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address, to permit the Company to contact you.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy and Authority Statement: A statement by you, made under penalty of applicable Indian laws, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Designated Grievance Officer Contact Details

The Takedown Notice must be addressed to the Company's Grievance Officer with the subject line: "Copyright Infringement Takedown Notice."

4. Action Upon Receiving a Takedown Notice

Upon receiving a valid and complete Takedown Notice, the Company reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions:

• Remove or Disable Access: Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notification: Attempt to notify the user, customer, or entity accused of the infringement ("Accused Party") that we have removed or disabled access to the applicable material.
• Service Termination: Terminate the access to the Company Services for any Accused Party found to be a repeat infringer.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If the Accused Party believes that the material was removed or access was disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, they may send a written counter-notification to the Grievance Officer containing the following:

• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement, under penalty of law, that the Accused Party has a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• The Accused Party's name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that the Accused Party consents to the jurisdiction of the Indian Courts for the purpose of resolving this dispute.
